ADMINISTRATOR
Educational Specialist & Associate Broker at EXIT Realty, Katina Scott, has 21 years of experience in education. In 2017, she chose to invest in a career in real estate and is a multimillion dollar producer. She was inspired to transition to full time 5 years later and opened InnovatEd. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasure for the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association and serves on the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Continuing Education Committee.

Classroom Management and Organization Program
InnovatEd offers COMP Level One Workshops to empower new and seasoned teachers, to optimize the learning environment in their classroom. All educators in the Central Alabama area are invited to attend this 3-day workshop. In collaboration with UAB Regional Inservice Center, educators in Region 5 may register in PowerSchool to earn CE hours for completion.
